• Be Kind: Engage respectfully in chats. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or rude comments will result in account suspension or bans.
• Respect Boundaries: If someone is uninterested, stop messaging them. Consent is key—don’t push for information, dates, or actions.

2. Be Honest and Authentic

• No Fake Profiles: Do not impersonate someone else, use misleading information, or upload false photos.
• Photo Guidelines: Use your own pictures, and avoid photos with nudity, violence, drugs, or copyrighted content.
• Verified Users: Use our Photo Verification feature to show others that you are a genuine person.

3. Keep It Safe and Appropriate

• No Explicit Content: Sharing sexually explicit photos, videos, or texts is prohibited.
• No Spam or Scams: Avoid sending promotional links, unsolicited messages, or requests for money or favors.
• No Illegal Activities: Do not engage in or promote illegal activities, such as drug use, underage dating, or human trafficking.
• Report Suspicious Activity: If someone asks for personal, financial, or inappropriate information, report them immediately.

4. Protect Privacy—Yours and Others

• No Sharing of Personal Information: Avoid sharing your full name, phone number, address, or financial details too soon.
• No Doxing: Do not share someone else’s private or identifying information without their consent.
• Self-Destructing Media: Use MIST’s self-destructing photo and video feature for sensitive content.
• Screenshot Alerts: Be aware that attempting to take screenshots in chats or with shared content will trigger alerts.

5. Stay Age Appropriate

• No Underage Content: Sharing photos, videos, or content involving minors will result in immediate bans and reporting to authorities.
• Reporting Underage Accounts: If you suspect an underage user, report the profile immediately for review.

6. Zero Tolerance for Abuse, Harassment, or Exploitation

• No Harassment or Threats: Do not intimidate, harass, or threaten others, either on or off the app.
• No Exploitation: Engaging in blackmail, manipulation, or coercive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• No Solicitation: MIST is a dating platform, not a place for commercial services, selling content, or promoting unrelated businesses.

7. Play by the Rules

• No Bots or Automation: Do not use automated tools or third-party apps to manipulate, scrape, or hack MIST.
• Follow Local Laws: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
• No Multiple Accounts: Use only one account per person. Creating fake or duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

8. Reporting Violations

Use the Report feature to report any inappropriate behavior directly within the app. Reports remain anonymous.

9. Consequences of Violating Guidelines

• Warnings for minor infractions.
• Temporary suspensions for further investigations.
• Permanent bans for repeated or serious violations.
• Illegal activities are reported to law enforcement.

• Verify Before Meeting: Use video chat or Photo Verification features.
• Meet in Public Places.
• Inform Friends or Family.
• Trust Your Instincts.
